ANSV Gear-NVH 2027 is an industrial-grade acoustic and vibration FFT frequency-domain intelligent diagnostic workstation (2027 Official Commercial Release) engineered for R&D, test laboratories, and QA lines.
The software supports importing gear geometry, reduction ratios, and motor parameters via standard CSV files. Connect an industrial measurement microphone or IEPE accelerometer to perform real-time spectral analysis, kurtosis calculation, pure motor decoupling, and automated root cause mechanism inference.
Core Features
- Arbitrary Multi-Stage Kinematic Modeling: Supports spur, helical, planetary, and worm gear pairs, plus pure motor solo testing;
- Precision Bearing Characteristic Orders: Built-in NSK micro-bearing library with automated BPFO/BPFI/BSF/FTF order calculation and spectral tagging;
- Reciprocating Multi-Stroke Inspection: Engineered for oscillating actuators with automatic forward/reverse stroke segmentation and bottleneck arbitration;
- Acoustic-Insight 4-Track Separation: Proprietary 4-track audio separation (pure knocking / stationary floor / low-frequency rhythm / raw) with synchronized playback;
- Industrial FFT Spectrum Analyzer: 1024~8192 window lengths with Hanning, Hamming, and Flat Top windowing with coherent gain compensation;
- Transient Oscilloscope & Full Metrics: Real-time waveform, statistical kurtosis, crest factor, RMS, and impact highlighting;
- Root Cause Mechanism Inference: Tooth knocking, interference whining, backlash rattle, motor commutator tick, and housing resonance;
- One-Click 8D Engineering Reports: Export IATF 16949 / 8D compliant technical reports with frequency-domain evidence and tolerance recommendations;
- Distributed Expert Case Management Hub: Cloud-synchronized QA case repository indexed by serial number with audio slice persistence.
